The plant supervisor position is critical and here are some of the things you will do:

• Manage and provide training for batch plant personnel, drivers, and customers.  
• Oversee the production and verify the quality of all mixes being delivered.  
• Monitor employee training and certification. 
• Maintain team recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.  
• Assist in customer service through job-site visits and involvement in pre-construction meetings.  
• Coordinate trouble shooting of concrete problems related to production and delivery.  
• Advise area manager when employee and customer situations are beyond scope of authority.  
• Maintain active involvement with industry related associations.  
• Prepare and submit reports as required.  
• Maintain insurable driving record.  
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.

• Strong leadership, problem solving, and technical skills. 
• Ability to review and analyze financial and logistic information. 
• Strategic thinking skills. 
• Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. 
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity. 
• 4+ years in concrete, logistics, and/or a construction capacity that deals heavily in concrete. 
• High School diploma preferred. 

You'll need a valid driver's license, and you'll need to show your eligibility to work in U.S.
