Suncore is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Things You’ll Do
- Perform general clerical duties to include answering phone calls, e-mail, and copying.
- Draft communications, prepare reports, and systematically file documents and information.
- Effectively interact with customers, team members, and visitors.
- Assist with research or other projects as needed.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.
- The ability to create reports, analyze data, and help identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A great team player that can assist in a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
- Strong technical proficiency with a working knowledge of Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office products.
